Change of Ownership

In order to Change the Ownership of a Cask, follow these simple steps.

If you wish to set up a fee for this transaction please go to the bottom of this section. These can be set up for individual customers or set as a default cost.

Either search for an individual cask or add them to your Picking List.

You will now see the “Change Ownership” button is available:

Here the new owner (James Smith) has been selected from the list of Customers:

As can be seen the Owner is now shown as James Smith:

Should you wish to set up a default cost for this transaction these can be found under Maturation > Settings > Default Costs:

You can also set up a fee per-customer by going to the Costs tab within the customer record Maturation > Settings > Customers > (Customer Record) > Costs:

Please note: Change of Ownership costs are applied to the seller of the cask, not the buyer.
