Adding New Users

Need to Add New users?

 

In order to add new users to simply go to “Settings” where the following screen is displayed.

 

Simply add the details ensuring you have selected the relevant “User type” and if required enabled them to use a hardware scanning device.




  • Admin: Unrestricted access to all areas of Vapour
  • Office: Creation of tasks, management of settings and reporting
  • Warehouse: Focused on tasks, without access to reporting and settings

 

The PIN field is primarily used for warehouse users to regularly re-authenticate without them having to do a full login

 

 Once a user has been set up, it’s up to you to notify them. Vapour doesn’t send the user a registration notification. This allows you to send a custom message along with the user’s login details. Please prompt the user to change their default password once they have logged in.

 

NB Customer accounts are set up via the “Maturation – Settings”
