Our approach to building and continually improving Vapour is to be collaborative and customer-focussed. We try to make decisions based on industry feedback as well as our holistic view of the benefits to the platform.
With that in mind, we're always keen to hear feedback or review suggestions of areas where you feel Vapour could improve.
Please either open a support ticket or send us an email and we'll take time to investigate the feedback and decide if it's something we can add to our roadmap or not.
Once a new item is added to our roadmap – whether it's a new feature or a change – it is assessed and prioritised depending on our view of value it can bring to our customers.
The more customers who ask for a feature or change, the more likely we are to prioritise it, so it never hurts to let us know about something you'd like to see added.
