Creating a Customer Login

Vapour has the ability to allow your Customers to view and request services via their own login.

This is created via 

Maturation Module / Settings / Customers

Once a Customer has been selected go to “Users” and select the main contact.

Now complete the details.  You will have to contact your customer directly and advise them of their login details.

Once the Customer has access they can only view casks that are owned by them.  The can also request Tasks be carried out in relation to these Casks.

If you want to confirm what they can see simply select the “Log In as user” at the top right hand side. This will allow you to confirm what information they can view.
