Offline Scanning Mode

The Offline Scanning mode can be accessed via two routes:

When online

From the Maturation module select the Scanner from the menu. Thereafter select “Offline Scanning Mode” by pressing the relevant button.

When offline

A screen will pop up to alert you that your device is offline. Thereafter select “Offline Scanning Mode” by pressing the relevant button.

Using Offline Scanning Mode

The above screen should now be displayed and allows you to scan the relevant Stow/Tier. Thereafter scan all the casks in that Tier (remember scan from the back to the front of that tier).   You can repeat this for as many stows/tiers and their casks as you’d like.

Once complete and back in an area of connectivity select the “Save and Sync Data”. If a cask has been scanned in more than one location during this operation the system will only remember the first location recorded. 

Remember to cancel offline scanning when complete.

At time of writing only the “Rescan” task is available via Offline scanning.
