Setting up palletised zones works slightly differently from other zones.
Firstly, pallet rows are added as zones, then bays are added as stows and lastly tiers are added as normal.
To create a pallet row, navigate to the relevant warehouse, then create a new zone.
Give this zone a suitable name (e.g. Pallet Row 1) and select Palletised as the Zone Type from the dropdown. Fill in the other zone fields and then add the bays and set the number of tiers per bay.
Hit save and the pallet row will be ready to use.

When set up as above, the palletised zone will display with the casks grouped together on their pallets:
